Here's the issue now facing me.
GL 1.6.1 and Professional theme with filemgmt plugin version 1.5.3

I upload 1 file and under "My Downloads" staticpage, I get 2 identical entries for the same upload.
Directory /home/hippyspi/public_html/geek/filemgmt_data/files/ shows the 1 file.

It happened twice today after I had issues installing/configuring but that all worked out.

I did truncate the gl_filemgmt_filedesc tables trying to debug this but it didn't help.
What's new block shows 2 also, but I disabled the block after telling FM not to use it.

Correction:

They are NOT identical.

in that order.
and the
Create first comment | Download | File Link | Rate this File | Report Broken File | Edit
options corresponds to each id.
If I edit 1 and append the title, it only appends the title of 1 id.

I deleted one and saw briefly, "More than 1 record pointing to the same file".

I think I'll look at some indexes.

Uninstalling and re-installing seems to have fixed it.
