Most complaints I have got from the site admins so far is the calendar management because I moved them from a static site with a powerful external Perl calendar to Geeklog.

I tried as much I can to integrate Calogic to GL, but my php knowledge is too basic to do so. Would you consider a calendar plugin, or a hack to GL calendar to make it able to handle recurring events?

I am willing to contribute financially as much as I can for your time and effort. It seems to be a major need for most organizational sites and I am sure others will love to purchase this plugin too.

I have been following with some interest the effort that had been announced on geeklog.net about integrating webcalendar but so far there has not been a release. It appears to be be one of the better standalone calendar apps.

If you really want - maybe this is the project to take on. You may want to contact emagin to see how he's doing.

Please consider contributing to support my efforts ..

The GL Calendar is currently being updated to include reoccurring events and is nearing completion. See this thread at geeklog.net (and this one).
