I just checked that out and I can delete PM's fine, so either Blaine has solved the problem or its a problem with your account/pc settings

I can delete the first PM from Blaine, with the Delete button, but not the three PM from demo user. Even if I click the "delete all" link, nothing happens...

These three (now two) messages were broadcast messages that someone logged in as demo sent out.

I had "Ignore Broadcasts" enabled so I did not see them. This is a setting glMessenger adds to your Account preferences.

I left one so you could also see there was a broadcast icon beside the user demo's name indicating this was a broadcast.

I have admin level and was able to delete the message and once I deleted it from my inbox it would be removed for all users. I only create one copy of the actual broadcast message and mark it's distribution for all users. Once I delete the 1 record it is gone - this is a lot more efficient specially on large sites.

Please consider contributing to support my efforts ..

I saw it was a broadcast message but I thought a normal user like me could delete it from his inbox... I more understand now how broadcast messages work.
